Acceptance and operator
By using Trytagly, you agree to these Terms of Service. Trytagly is independently operated by an individual. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Trytagly provides hashtag suggestions, research guidance, accounts, saved history, and related creator resources. Suggestions are generated from user input, rules, and optional external sources. They are not supplied or approved by TikTok.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify Trytagly through the contact page if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
The service is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age for an online account, that higher age applies.
Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls.
- Do not use automated requests in a way that disrupts availability or burdens external providers.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive material through forms or account features.
- Do not misrepresent Trytagly suggestions as official TikTok data or guarantees.
Your content and responsibilities
You remain responsible for your videos, captions, hashtag choices, and compliance with TikTok rules and applicable law. Check a hashtag’s current meaning before use, particularly when it refers to a person, event, health claim, financial topic, or sensitive community.
Intellectual property
Trytagly’s site design, software, and original editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses. The service does not claim exclusive ownership of ordinary hashtag words or phrases returned by the generator. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services
Hostinger provides hosting for the application and its MySQL database. The generator may request information from Datamuse and Reddit. These providers’ availability, accuracy, and terms are outside Trytagly’s control. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference and do not constitute endorsement.
No performance guarantee
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Trytagly does not guarantee that suggestions are current, complete, suitable for every audience, or capable of producing views, search placement, recommendations, sales, or follower growth.
Changes, suspension, and termination
Features may change or be discontinued. Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to abuse, enforce these terms, or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the contact page.
Liability and applicable law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Before starting a formal dispute, contact Trytagly so the issue can be reviewed informally. These terms do not invent a US company, state of incorporation, or exclusive forum that does not exist.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a new updated date. Continued use after an effective change indicates acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the contact page.
